firebirdgen provides AI model aggregation and API services for video generation and other AI-powered features. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to access various AI models.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to access AI models and generate content. Credit prices and exchange rates are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Purchases

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4.3 Auto-Recharge

If you enable the auto-recharge feature, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method when your credit balance falls below your specified threshold. You can disable this feature at any time in your account settings. Auto-recharge is subject to the following limits:

• Maximum once every 10 minutes
• Maximum 3 times per day
• You will receive email notifications for each auto-recharge

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Content generated using our Service belongs to you, subject to our rights to use such content for service improvement and as described in our Privacy Policy.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, firebirdgen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
